Alla fine la risposta è arrivata si proprio la risposta di Matt Mullenweg, il fondatore di WordPress.com, o meglio la risposta è arrivata da una sua assistente (una certa Melissa F.P. Community Guardian di WordPress.com) dopo aver scritto un post sul mio blog, inviato tweet al suo account Twitter e scritto una messaggio direttamente dal suo sito. La risposta che mi ha dato è stata la seguente.

As of now, the relevant authorities haven’t issued concrete guidance on the actions that are necessary to comply with the law.
